Several elements must be fulfilled in order to constitute a valid contract. Discuss these elements. Support your answer with examples and relevant provisions from the Contracts Act 1950. 

a)Illustrate and elaborate the main components of infrastructure of E-commerce Framework Model, according to Turban’s et.al., (2008).  

b)Discuss the main pillars of Electronic Commerce Applications and Support Services that are stated in E-commerce Framework Model with appropriate examples.            

Turban et.al., (2008) has argued that organisations need to react quickly to the business pressures if they are to succeed. They must be ready with critical responses to these threats and opportunities. A critical response can be a reaction to a pressure already in existence, an initiative intended to defend an organisation against future pressures, or an activity that exploits an opportunity created by changing conditions.

Based on the above statement, elaborate the major critical responses to the business management, by using appropriate examples.
