Yes, labor relations is a major issue in criminal justice. This is because the criminal justice has to ensure all employees receive good wages, have sick leave policies and retirement benefits to ensure that proper compensation is done in all cities.

Yes, The society has the right to expect high standards of conduct from the criminal justice employees. This is because criminal justice forms the foundation upon which the society is able to reason morally, define criminal activities and determine the acceptable punishments for the wrong doers. These standards include impartiality, avoiding profiling , protecting the fundamental human rights and determining the necessary amount of force to use to maintain order in the society.
