Two days before lectures commence, Andile and Siyanda move into their rented houses only to find there is poor water supply and most of the ceiling is missing. In addition, the stove connection appears to have been burnt and cannot be used. Jim the landlord refuses to assist, saying that the lease makes Andile and Siyanda responsible for maintenance
