do you think Madison would approve or disapprove of the way the U.S government is run if he were to see it today? what would he praise and or change about it?

Concerning the fact that Madison supported the philosophy of judicial interpretation that restricts judicial interpretation; he would be disgusted, saddened, alarmed, disturbed, and distressed because of the way the Supreme Court cimated doctrine of poor plus enumerated powers. Moreover, he believed in government as the central ministry enumerated in the constitution; therefore, the current government that overreaches its authority with welfare or social security programs would also be shocking.
