Portugal violated article 3 of UN universal declaration of human rights duringbthe imperialization period. The article 3 constitute the right to life, liberty and personal security. The right was violated in Portugal through killing of people by foreigners and border officers in Portugal. There were also cases of killings and maltreaemst in prions across Portugal during the imperialization period.
