According to historical data The Biak na Bato Constitution was barrowed from the newly liberated Country Cuba in short the Biak na Bato Constitution is a COPY PASTE Constitution, the word “Copy Paste” during the Spanish Era don’t actually exist during that time, now as a modern Filipino what are your insights that our founding fathers only copied a Constitution and did not make as our own original Constitution?

The Founding Fathers thought that it was necessary to have a constitution because they believed in the idea of limited government. The Founding Fathers believed that government should not be allowed to simply do whatever it wanted. Such a government would be able to tyrannize its people. Therefore, our founding fathers only copied a Constitution and did not make as our own original Constitution.
