Staff meetings in a preschool are held twice in a day. That is, the meeting should be held before the day begins to plan on the activities that will be carried out throughout the day to enhance learning. Also, the meeting should be carried out at the end of the day to discuss the activities done during the day, and whether there were challenges encountered. The end of the day staff meeting will enable staff members to avoid challenges hindering learning process in a preschool and at the same time being able to come up with reliable strategies to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process.
