1.1 Education is significant and must be acquired by all in order to gain knowledge and learn skills. It is the only key that can develop a whole generation of responsible human beings who can absorb good teachings and can impart it to many others. It teaches us about various things and opens up a vast variety of career options in front of us which one cannot opt for if left uneducated. Education can be imparted in a theoretical way or in a practical manner. Effective principals work relentlessly to improve achievement by focusing on the quality of instruction. They help define and promote high expectations; they attack teacher isolation and fragmented effort; and they connect directly with teachers and the classroom, University of Washington researchers found. The Principal’s Role in Successful Schools: valued their students and teachers, and sought the help of parents and community members to enhance the school’s effectiveness. A positive school culture is the underlying reason why the other components of successful schools were able to flourish.

1.2 Teachers learn best by studying, doing, and reflecting; by collaborating with other teachers; by looking closely at students and their work; and by sharing what they see. To further promote teacher collaboration, the INEE guide proposes three actions:
