Levers are machines. Differentiate between three classes of levers. Provide appropriate examples.
First class lever - this is a lever where the fulcrum is placed in the middle of the effort and the load. Examples include tricep extension in the elbow and using scissors
Second class lever -this is a lever where the load is placed in the middle, between the effort and the fulcrum. Examples include: wheelbarrows, nut cracker and bottle openers
Third class lever - this is a lever where the effort is placed in the middle between the load and the fulcrum. Examples include human jaw, fishing rod, a broom and a bow and arrow
