Mveledzo Comprehensive College stakeholders are holding a meeting to discuss strategies to instill discipline because of the several challenges such as high failure rate, absenteeism, bunking of classes, and gangsterism taking place at the school. As the Secretary of the School Governing Body, you are requested to take minutes of the meeting.
Minutes are simple notes written during a meeting to help you remember what was said and agreed upon. They don't have to be long or difficult, and they don't have to be written in fancy language or with perfect grammar. They must document what choices were made at the meeting and who will carry them out in a clear and concise manner.
