How does student contribute to teachers daily practice
Interaction
Teachers learn how to arrange student interactions, engage with other teachers, and work with parents to construct supportive experiences at school and at home through cooperation.
Understanding child and adolescent development and how to encourage growth in multiple domains — cognitive, social, physical, and emotional — is required for interpreting learners' statements and actions and structuring productive experiences for them. Understanding variances that may result from culture, family experiences, evolved intelligences, and learning styles is also necessary for teaching in ways that connect with pupils. Teachers must be able to ask sensitive questions, listen attentively, and consider student work carefully in order to learn. Teachers must be familiar with curriculum resources and technologies in order to connect their students to sources of information and knowledge that will help them to explore ideas, acquire and synthesize data, and frame and solve problems.
