1. Rehearsal- a practice or trial performance of a play or other work for later public performance.
2. Micro-level elaboration- : to bring (an elevator) close to an exact level by automatic means.
3. Macro-level elaboration- at or on a level that is large in scale or scope: macrolevel research on crime rates in urban areas. noun. a general or abstract level that is large in scale or scope.
4. Primary reinforces -Things like food, drink, shelter and pleasure are all examples of primary reinforcers. An example of primary reinforcement would be giving a dog a treat for sitting down.
5. Secondary reinforces - Secondary reinforcement refers to a situation in which a stimulus reinforces a behavior after it has been associated with a primary reinforcer.
6. Presentation punishment - Negative punishment is "when a negative contingency follows a behavior" (Lefrancois). This is what most people commonly think of when they think of the term punishment and is sometimes referred to as presentation punishment. An example could be the spanking of a child after misbehaving.
