Three ways of stopping workplace bullying include:

a) Establishing code of behavior by pointing pout clear expectations of what the employees should be doing and what they should not do (Johnson, 2015). Employers living by the strong set of company values will make the values to filter down into the way employees treat their colleagues.

b) Promote a positive work culture where there is mutual respect between all employees, which will attract talented individuals with personalities that align to those of the colleagues (Berry et al., 2016).

c) Act fast and address the situation before it escalates because bullying discourages employees from work, which leads to an overall reduction in production rate of the employee and demoralizes them. It generally affects overall production of the firm or company.
