Clarissa: Hi Hugh how are you dear?
Hugh: I am fine Clarissa, what about you?
Clarissa: I am great. Are you enjoying this winter?
Hugh: Yeah, I am enjoying but it has been too much cold for a couple of days.
Clarissa: Yeah that’s true, but overall winter is my favorite season. I love to spend time in this season.
Hugh: I also love winter, but the weather is a bit hard for me at that time. I face some problems.
Clarissa: Sorry to know, what types of problem do you face?
Hugh: Mostly, I face skin problems. I need to use lotions and lots of petroleum jelly to get rid of that.
Clarissa: Oh, that is a pretty common problem in this season. And I agree with you that sometimes the weather becomes unbearable and it is hard for kids and older peoples.
Hugh: Yes, I think that same. This weather feels so good when the sun comes out with sunshine.
Clarissa: That’s true. What do you do in this weather?
Hugh: Most of the time, I try to spend time reading books. Because book reading in my favorite hobby. What do you do?
Clarissa: I also read books. But sometimes I use my mobile phone, watch movies on Television and use my computer.
Hugh: That’s very good. That was nice talking to you Clarissa.
Clarissa: Same to you. Thanks for your conversation about the weather. Take care.
Hugh: You also, bye.
2)
Clarissa: It doesn't look very nice outside today.
Hugh: You're right. I think it's going to rain later.
Clarissa: In the middle of the summer, it shouldn't be raining.
Hugh: That wouldn't seem right.
Clarissa: Considering that it's over ninety degrees outside, that would be weird.
Hugh: Exactly, it wouldn't be nice if it started raining. It's too hot.
Clarissa: I know, you're absolutely right.
Hugh: I wish it would cool off one day.
Clarissa: That's how I feel, I want winter to come soon.
Hugh: I enjoy the winter, but it gets really cold sometimes.
Clarissa: I know what you mean, but I'd rather be cold than hot.
Hugh: That's exactly how I feel.
