Filipino is still worth dying for because of it's good cause. Since we are filipino by blood and by blood, yes, filipinos are worth dying for. We are all family since we belong in the same land and we share the same heritage despite differences in culture. The fact that many heroes like Jose Rizal and such have put their own life for the sake of the land makes the filipinos worth dying for in order for their sacrifices not to go in vain
