The person that has played an important part in my life is my mother. She has seen me grow from a boy to a man through a life of emotional and financial distress. My parents divorced when I was at a tender age of 8 and this rendered me disappointed. No parental help came from my father until when I was in high school. My mum lacks formal education and this meant that she had to do menial jobs to sustain our life with my two younger brothers. She is a strong woman who beat the odds to get us food on the table and ensure that we acquired education against all setbacks. She is my guardian angel and everything I do right now is to make her proud by ensuring that she leads a comfortable life. I love her so much.
