Advantages of Wildlife conservation to local communities

Secondly, it provides new economic opportunities to the local communities as rangers, environmentalists, and managers. Wildlife conservation leads to improved access to forest resources, improved basic infrastructures such as drinking water, trails, bridges, and improvements in health, sanitation, and social services, thus helping local communities access such benefits.

Disadvantages of Wildlife conservation to local communities

Wildlife conversation has led to the destruction of properties of the local communities by wildlife like elephants destroying maize in the surrounding farms. Secondly, it has led to deaths from the wild animals on escaping.

It will enable individuals and communities to actively solve ecological issues and make educated decisions about the environment.
