Outline six effects that may result in people who do not have respect for diversity
When individuals are excluded from a group, they may feel resentment, withdrawal, and even a negative self-image or lack of confidence. If employees feel isolated and/or misunderstood, it can result in a loss of faith in the facility for a successful future. The following are some of the effects that may result in people who do not have respect for diversity; It can result in reduced innovation in the workplace due to a lack of teamwork, reduce productivity due to poor performance resulting from background differences in play, increases conflicts as a result of disagreements, high resistance to change, thus leading to poor development in the community, it also leads to poverty as a result of inequity in resource allocation and civil disorder which are acts of violence by assemblages of three or more persons, which causes an immediate danger of or results in damage or injury to the property or person of any other individual.
