Planning and preparation take time, finding space and sufficient resources can be challenging, and all practical work must, of course, be done in a safe setting. Making sure I use eye protection is the most common challenge I've faced. Learning from real work has been a struggle for me. I cannot build confidence, comprehension, and abilities without defined objectives and step-by-step instruction, which will not only prevent me from working as a scientist, but will also limit critical thinking skills that will help me become confident, autonomous learners.
