For this week’s assignment, I choose a quote by Quincy Adams, an American statesman, lawyer, and diplomat. In his words. “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader” (Moore, 2015).

I choose to follow self-awareness as my strategy because attaining self-awareness is vital to control my emotions and understand what I can and cannot do in day-to-day life. I want to follow this strategy to develop personal and professional relationships with people, improve skills by identifying my strengths and become better leaders to inspire others.
