Meeting my parents

I lived as an orphan since I was five years old until I met my parents .my parents and I got separated during clashes in the country. Before meeting my parents, I knew that they were not alive according to the stories I had from the people one year later when we got separated. The day we met marked the end of my suffering in the streets. I was delighted to know that they were alive and always tried looking for me; they never gave up searching for me across the neighbourhood, the entire community and different towns in the region when the crisis had settled. From this act, I learned that one should not give up doing what is right. They organized a cheerful ceremony and named the day my new birthday. I have live to remember this event.
