Every citizen has the right to freedom of conscience, belief, and opinion, according to this provision. People have had freedom of speech, political ideas, and leader choice in previous elections and political activity.  Despite the achievements, attainment of freedom is still incomplete because the implementation of the constitutional requirements for freedom lacks to a certain extent; there are many reported cases of violation of freedoms over political issues and suppression of citizens.
