The following are some of the services to enhance respect for diversity in the community where I come from. Firstly there are cultural celebrations which encourage people from different areas of the globe to recognize these holidays and festivals, therefore, enhancing understanding of the value of various cultural groups.in addition, the recognition of cultural holidays and festivals by the members of the community makes the participants have the interest of exploring more about the heritage of others in a relaxed atmosphere and therefore understanding the need for appreciating the differences that occur amongst different groups of people.

Secondly, we have community Outreach as another service that promotes respect for diversity in the community. In a community, different activities promote the diversity of people from different cultural, racial, and ethnic groups. Such activities which occur in the community volunteers a chance for the members of the community to interact in different ways with people from diverse society and this helps to increase awareness of cultural differences. In terms of ideas, perceptions, and beliefs, hands-on participation provides insights into the nuances of different groups of people. Therefore, the sharing of ideas, perceptions, and beliefs provides insights into the distinctions of different groups of people.
