2.1 Places of worship. The church plays a role of honoring and respecting people from all religions, no matter when or where they lived. I recommend that places of worship to start by obliging their people or other people outside the church in need for prayer.
2.2 Schools. Schools respect diversity by inspiring students to be accepting of cultural variances and see them as a distinctive learning opportunity to make discoveries about people they may never have known. Recommendation; cultural diversity should be seen as a beneficial to students as it enable them to explore different cultures. 2.3 Shops. Shops respect diversity when their owners employ people from diverse cultures and also selling goods from different cultures without discrimination. I recommend that shops to value all input in regardless of where they come from.
2.4 Sporting avenues. Sporting avenues respect diversity when sporting governance structures and leadership roles are diverse. They boost diversity amongst those taking on training, management and committee level roles and recognizing that they might need more support to do this is important for promoting and supporting diversity within the sporting avenues as a whole. Recommendation; policies need to move beyond broad policy statements and codes of conduct to provide specific guidance and resources on how sports can engage with and embed diversity.
2.5 Health centers. Health centers promote respect for diversity having medical administrative staff from different background. I recommend that hospital centers to continue employing people of diverse cultures and also take in patients of diversified culture.
2.6 Government offices. Government offices respect diversity by hiring people from different cultures to serve the public in different offices. Recommendation; leaders could establish diversity and inclusion committees, if their government does not have them.
