Lack of respect for diversity has the following effects on people; firstly it can make them to feel isolated in workplace, secondly, it can make the disrespected to lose the faith in the facility for a successful future. Another effect of disrespect for diversity on people is that it makes them to lose the talented employees in places of work. It also results to creation of unintentionally hostile environment and contribute to higher turnover. Disrespect for diversity also leads to loss of organizational loyalty and lastly it makes people to lose interest in their job.
