The two survices in my community that promote respect for diversity include the school and sports. On this note, learning institutions in my community encourage diversity and respect for both physical and ideological differences by ensuring that everyone has an equal opportunity to education and learning resources. Besides, sporting activities in the community encourages togetherness as all people are allowed to participate based on the talent. Teamwork is promoted without considering the racial, or other social differences of players.
