Re: Complaint letter regarding damaged personal computers

On August 8, 2021, i as the purchase manager of Sirimiri computers ordered two dozen personal Hp computers and were delivered on August 24, 2021.

Unfortunately, when the consignment arrived, some of the pieces were in damaged condition.

To resolve the problem, i would appreciate if your company would repair, replace or compensate me. Enclosed are copies of my receipt, delivery invoice and photos of the damaged pieces.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait until September 29, 2021 before seeking help from the consumer protection agency.
