Accra Institute of Technology has rolled up scholarship packages as a way to
increase the number of new applicants into the school. As an ambassador of
AIT indicate three main things that the scholarship has designed for new
applicants and what they stand to gain when they apply for admission into the
school.
a) Discuss the major benefits that new applicants stand to gain when they
enroll in Accra Institute of Technology. Your answer should reflect
examples from your personal observations.
b) Describe and explain three major things that the scholarship has
designed for new applicants.
c) Using an appropriate channel of communication, disseminate this good
news message to prospective applicants and where they can get AIT
admission forms to buy and get the opportunity to obtain the
scholarship application forms to fill.

a) The students would gain several things when they would stand to take admission in the school and these benefits are as follows:

1. Students would be able to take quality education at the most affordable cost. The school would waive off the fees of the students and they would be only required to pay for the cost of books and similar other needs for taking the education.  

2. Waiver in the school fees would help the parents of the students to get free from the financial debts which otherwise they would have been required to take into consideration. This would reduce the tension of the parents.

3. Reduction in the tension of the parents and the students would help the parents in focusing on their child and this would increase the performance of the child.

b) Three main things that the scholarship has designed for the new applicants are:

1. Waiving the teaching fees of the students on the basis of their previous academic records. The students with a good academic track record would be given preference for the provision of the scholarship by taking into consideration the other factors.

2. Saving the students and their parents from the financial debts as the scholarship would be provided to the students on the basis of the income of their parents. The students whose parents have a lower income in the present and the previous period would be offered the scholarship.

3. Improving the performance of the students by freeing the parents of the economically backward community from financial debts. The students should be the resident of the region and it would also be taken into consideration that they have not taken the benefits of any other scholarship scheme of the government as it would lead to the repetition of the benefit and the other deserving candidates would be deprived of the benefits.

c) This good news would be circulated among the students of the region through the newspaper and social media. For the students of the school, the message would be communicated through the message on their mobile and through the direct e-mail to them. The students would be notified that they would get the admission form from the clerical department of the school and they would be eligible to buy the scholarship form on submitting the necessary documents required to confirm that the students are eligible for availing the benefits of the scholarship.
