1) I can define self-esteem as a person’s general sense of personal substance or value. In other words, self-esteem can be defined as how much you increase the value of yourself regardless of the circumstances.

Self-esteem includes the following factors; self-confidence, self-worth, self-respect, sense of belonging and self-regard. Low self-esteem has the ability to lead to a number of mental health disorders, including anxiety disorders and depressive disorders. It can also make it difficult for one to pursue his or her goals and maintain healthy relationships.one may have a negative outlook on life and feel a lack of control.

On the other hand high self-esteem may make one feel that he or she is always being right, believe that they are more skilled or better than others and believe they cannot fail.it is important to understand that when self-esteem is too high, it can result in relationship problems, difficulty with social situations, and an inability to accept criticism.

2) Bullying is the use of force, pressure, upsetting teasing or threat, to abuse, violently dominate or terrorize someone. A bullying culture can grow in any perspective in which humans interact with each other. This may include school, family, the workplace, the home, and neighborhoods.

There are various forms of bullying which includes; 

[a] physical bullying- This occurs when people use their physical force and actions to take control of someone else. Some of the physical attacks perpetrated during physical bullying include: kicking, slapping, slamming, shoving and punching.

[b] Verbal Bullying- This kind of bullying can be difficult to identify, especially for teachers. This is because most verbal attacks take place in private, when adults aren’t around. This often leads to a case of he-said, she-said where it’s one person’s word against another. Verbal bullying can leave permanent internal wounds that damage a target for life. 

[c] Emotional Bullying-This is also relational aggression. This is because it can be difficult to identify, but it’s present everywhere you look.

[d] Sexual Bullying- There are many forms that sexual bullying could take. This kind of bullying most often targets girls, though boys can be targets, too.

The teacher plays an important role in the management of classroom bullying. This includes helping to promote healthy relationships among students and to prevent negative interactions and coming up with other forms of students’ punishment other than canning.

3) There are many ways that a teacher can use to increase his or her learner’s concentration in the classroom. This ways may include; getting your students moving , play memory games, Keep your own eye on the time, set up flexible seating in the classroom and ask students to rate tasks.

4) I will encourage my learners to eat well and sleep early, believe in themselves, se realistic goals which are achievable based on their potential, to pace themselves through panic, and lastly remember to consult if struggling.

5) HIV-infected learners mainly miss school days due to illness and medical appointments, and orphans mainly face financial problems and lack motivation in their education. Teachers and students who have HIV/AIDS are mostly stigmatized and will end up in poor delivery of their roles. The high infant mortality rate due to HIV/AIDS also reduces the number of children in school. The impact of HIV/AIDS on school teachers in terms of mortality, productivity, and costs has negatively affected the quality and availability of education.
