Educational ecosystems are defined as networks of interconnected and diverse actors involved in the learning/upbringing/development process throughout life. Educational ecosystems bring learners and communities together to unleash their individual and collective potential. They are diverse, dynamic, and constantly evolving. The (ultimate) goal of education ecosystems is to create a prosperous future for people, communities, and the planet.
2.(A)
(B) Humans impact the physical environment in many ways: overpopulation, pollution, burning fossil fuels, and deforestation. Changes like these have triggered climate change, soil erosion, poor air quality, and undrinkable water. Pollution of air, land and water through excessive deforestation, industrialization and overfilling landfills which emits CO2 and adds to greenhouse gas emissions are all topmost causes of these environmental issues.
(C) Schools must lead the conversation. environmental awareness should be a part of the curriculum in all schools. This will encourage young people to engage in their environment to protect it and can help communities become more environmentally aware. These could include setting up a recycling system in the school cafeteria, planting a small organic garden that will provide fresh vegetables for the cafeteria. Children can also support local wildlife and reduce CO2 in the atmosphere by planting trees, shrubs and flowers in the school playground.
