1.   Introduction- youth unemployment is rapid in the municipal areas and are caused by factors such as population growth, lack of experience, inappropriate ways of searching for a job, and lack of career guidance in schools, the unemployment rate for first-time job- is unacceptably high.This paper consist of discussion on youth unemployment in the municipal areas.
2. Methods of data collection - here are three sources of data on unemployment: Reports of Census , National Sample Survey Organization's Reports of Employment and Unemployment Situation and Directorate General of Employment and Training Data of Registration with Employment Exchanges.
3. Results-The core findings is that Unemployment has costs to a society that are more than just financial. Unemployed individuals not only lose income but also face challenges to their physical and mental health. Societal costs of high unemployment include higher crime and a reduced rate of volunteerism.
4. Discussion -there are basically four types of unemployment in the municipality: Frictional Unemployment. Cyclical Unemployment, Structural Unemployment, Institutional Unemployment. The major causes of unemployment in the municipality are caste System ,Slow Economic Growth ,Increase in Population, and slow industrial growth. However, the strategies to curb unemployment are Education and training ,Reduce the control and power of the trade union ,Employment subsidies and Improving the labor market flexibility
