From the highest levels of industry and commerce to the slightest minutiae of daily life, the modern digital, knowledge-based society in which we now live is transforming everything. This includes education as well. Indeed, it is perhaps one part of society where this is most acutely felt, and where the talents that individuals already possess and will require in the future have the most impact.

The most significant change is that learning has shifted from being mostly done by pupils alone to being done in groups. It's all about working together now. Learners also entails more than just taking notes and listening to teachers. Students now have different expectations, and while they may still look to their teachers for help, it will almost certainly be for direction only. I can broaden the classroom community with the help of technology. Platforms can be used to discuss homework, post tasks, and communicate with students while they work on projects.

Things are evolving at an exponential rate in the digital age. By the time staff have mastered the most recent software or program, a newer version will have been released. Future employers will need to be able to adjust to changing situations as well as rapidly and efficiently gain new skills. The importance of communication skills is still being emphasized. However, in the digital age, we have access to a wide range of new communication tools, from video conferencing to social networking. Future employers must be able to communicate with members of their own team as well as those from outside the organization.
