A teacher should foster a healthy and positive relationship with students and their parents but its the key not to become their friends as this will undermine the leadership and they will take advantage of you, for example knowing students' names as quickly as possible .By knowing their names will make students feel warm and feel that you care for them.

Teacher will use reinforcement either positive or negative in a right manner for example use of rewards to students who behaves well and punishment to those having bad behavior.

I will stand by the door each morning as the student enter the classroom as this will make students feel that you care for them and you love your work.
