Step one
Defining the problem
In this step analyzing the problem is done,this involves research, either formal or informal that best describes whatever is going on. Research is done to help understand and formulate strategies that can be used. Usually this is done through SWOT analysis.
Step two
Planning and programming
This step should be focused on capitalizing and resolving the situation identified. It begins by flipping the problem into the goal. The goal provides the direction to the strategic plan and the objectives provide the direction of specific and measurable outcomes necessary to meet the goal.
Step three
Taking action and communicating
In this step the analyzed steps should be put in action to analyse if the work or they if they do not work. It is the testing stage of the formulated ideas.
Step four
Evaluating the campaign.
In this step evaluation is done, data is analyzed, conclusions and recommendations done and necessary changes done.
