The Triple Constraint concept is something that exists even outside of a project i.e. it is a concept that we face in everyday life. Describe two situations outside of the project environment where the Triple Constraint concept is applicable.
The Triple Constraint notion can exist outside of a project because it is a concept that we encounter on a daily basis. Firstly, a parent who wishes to broaden the scope of his or her child's education must devote more time and resources to accomplishing this goal. Second, a chef who wants to add new recipes to the hotel's menu will need to allocate extra time and money to complete the task.
