b. Tshego an d Lerato conclude an agreement in terms of which Tshego agrees to buy Lerato's car. After the purchase price is paid, Lerato hands Tshego the car keys.

a. Symbolic delivery mode , delivery as there is voluntary transfer of possession of the house to Nasir since its not possible to physically hand Nasir house hence agreement is made .Goods are not delivered but means of obtaining possession of goods is delivered.

b. Symbolic delivery mode is used where goods are bulky and heavy and not possible to physically hand them over to the buyer hence keys are given to the buyer.
