My educational philosophy consists of developing learners' knowledge across a range of subjects, endeavoring to create lifelong learners, raising students' achievement and promoting their moral, social and cultural development. My educational philosophy applies to my beliefs/practice of teaching in various ways. It applies to perennialism, which focuses on teaching of great works, by focusing on making students achievers. It applies to essentialism, which is the teaching of basic skills that are crucial in society, by being fixated on creating lifelong learners and promoting their social and cultural development. my philosophy applies to progressivism, which focuses on developing the learner's moral compass, and behaviorism, which focuses on cultivating behaviors that are beneficial to society, by promoting moral and social development. moreover, it applies to constructivism, which focuses on using education to shape a learner's world view, by imparting students' knowledge across a range of subjects.
