(c) Mention and explain one key emotional intelligence skill that you should apply when living ethical wise ALWAYS
a) Justice and honesty. Describes integrity and character of an individual. Honesty means that an individual does not lie, steal, cheat or abuse to get ahead of others. When an individual is honest, they stand for what is right. Justice helps to distinguish between right and wrong, legal or illegal. People depend on it to keep them safe from harm.
b) Considering and evaluating. One takes a step back to rationally think through a situation, imagine possible outcomes and consider any person involved.
Staying calm. Try not to overanalyze personal reaction and possible outcomes, keep emotions in check and talk to someone to relieve pressure on oneself.
Maintaining reputations. A person carries what they do in a manner that appropriately represents an individual and others, touch base with others and let everyone make his or her voice heard.
c) Social awareness. In a work place one can demonstrate emotional intelligence by feeling confident in speaking his or her mind, exchanging views and expressing his or her emotions.
