At least 100 words.
The United States of America has relatively extensive unrestricted democracy that aims at improving efficiency, quality service delivery and supremacy to life care. This can be observed in the application of the electoral college in a presidential election for cost-saving, efficiency and unease of rigging the election, wide base immunization of infants, insanity plea defense and 65g caffeine per 12 liquid ounces in beverages for caffeinated drinks. These are aimed at improving comfort and health safety. Unfortunately, however, there seem to be loopholes in the law that contradict the good motive for American democratic practices.
Actionable position
Amendment of the constitution to bridge loopholes in the insanity plea policy and Electoral College inefficiency.
Two Reasons Supporting the Thesis Statement
The efficiency of the Electoral College is compromised by its inability to account for the opinions of all individual voters in the United States.
The insanity plea may be difficult to prove, and some tort fissures and criminal offenders may corrupt the system and manipulate the Insanity Plea Act.
