Reliability - mantain consistency as far as performance of the learner's on assessments is concerned even when marked by a different teacher.
Efficient - spread the evaluation assessment throughout the topics that have been covered in the curriculum.
Authentic - create an assessment that is attributable to the learner's and also matches the content covered in class.
Accountable - assessment should directly reflect the teacher's accountability to learner's understanding of taught concepts.
