Critical thinking is an element of cognitive learning that can be learned. Although cognitive science admits that it is quite difficult, it can still be learned though deliberate practice, which is a process of self-improvement called. However, it can take a while before the learner masters it fully. On this note, universities should not use the score of analytical and reasoning tests for admissions into the graduate degree programs since anyone ca learn to become a good critical thinker
