Briefly explain the Peer assessment method
the peer assessment method, sometimes referred to as peer review, is a structured learning process where students provide feedback to each other regarding their work. Student stake responsibility for assessing their peers' work against set assessment criteria. Peer assessment method ideally transfers part ownership of the assessment process to students and helps them better understand the assessment criteria. This may increase student motivation and engagement in the learning process. Through increased motivation, students will potentially learn more deeply, building up their understanding and skills as well as realizing their own approach to an assessment process compared to their peers. This makes peer assessment an important aspect of Assessment for Learning.
