2.1 Literature is defined as books and other written works, especially those considered to have creative merit. Literature is obtained from original documents such as speeches, records, and autobiographies. Literature is reviewed by writing an overview of major writings and other sources on a selected topic.
2.2 Research design is a framework of research methods and techniques chosen by a researcher. Therefore, the activities are data collection, measurement, and analysis, determining research problems in the organization.
2.3 Theory is a set of principles on which the practice of an activity is based. The theory is good when it is consistent with empirical observations, precise, and promotes scientific research.
