There is a need to create laws that will help to curb the use of cell phones while driving. The government should deal with drivers who have a tendency of using cell phones while driving. At any one time, eleven percent of drivers are texting or calling and driving. These has endangered so many road users. Over three thousand one hundred people lost their lives in 2019 due to phone-related distractions. Using a phone while driving is six times more dangerous than drunk driving.
