Subject: Examination Dates  

I hereby wish to bring to your attention the looming examination havoc among students. Students are not happy with the early rescheduling of examinations. They claim that the exam department has not considered their appeal to have them revise and prepare before sitting for the examination.

 This situation is likely to escalate and cause havoc in the school. Some students have already planned to boycott the exams, which may interfere with the smooth running of the exams. If the problem persists, there could be student unrest that may lead to the destruction of property. I humbly request your administration to address this issue before it becomes uncontrollable.

 The administration should try to solve the differences between the exam department and the student council. The College administration should engage both the student council and the examination department to find a lasting solution. Rescheduling of examinations to a later date may help to deal with the issue.
