Educational qualifications are the degrees, diplomas, certificates, professional titles and so forth that an individual has acquired whether by full-time study, part-time study or private study, whether conferred in the home country or abroad, and whether conferred by educational authorities, special examining bodies or professional bodies. India is the largest democracy in the world. Every citizen of India enjoys the right to vote. Thus the ultimate power lies with the people of India; they can craft country in good shape by electing the right representative who is capable of take decisions for the growth and welfare of all the citizens. So without educational qualifications it is impossible to make right choice, wrong choice will lead to negative results.
