Dear Sir,
I am writing this to give my apologies because we may not meet the agreement to supply the publishing materials within 1.5 months. We always make sure we deliver to our client within the agreed time but for this one we are still have some incomplete work which still has to be done and already a month has already passed. We still have one-third of work which has to be done within the remaining half month. If you agree we can extend the period by another half a month to allow us to complete the remaining printing work which I promise will be enough time for us. We have been having internal problems which has caused delay but have been worked on by now. I know this will inconvenience you since it will interfere with your programs but we apologies for it and promise to always serve you at our best.
