Dear parents,

I would candidly like to invite you for a fund raising concert that is scheduled to take place on 5th May, 2021 at our school. The event has been organized by the school administration in conjunction with other sponsors.

The primary objective is to raise funds towards charity, as a way of giving back to the community. There has been the realization that academic institutions can play a significant role in solving several problems in the society.

Consequently, artists from the students fraternity will provide entertainment. The money collected will be used to support charity organisations in the community. Therefore, by attending the event you will essentially become partners of the school towards supporting the noble cause.

The event will take place at the school auditorium, and is expected to commence at 10am and end at 4pm. Kindly ensure that you wear face masks in line with Covid-19 guidelines. I look forward to your attending.
