I am a student of English Literature pursuing an UG course from BHU and as per my statement to the Education Times, I told them that during my 1st semester exams and my 2nd semester exams I was offered 7 papers each and during my 3rd semester exams I was offered 8 papers, currently our 4th semester exams got cancelled due to a notice regarding precautionary steps during COVID-19 as a preventive measure as we are currently in our intermediate semester and the exam is for the terminal semester students, now during my 5th semester what should I concentrate on to pursue my future goal which is filmmaking and animation?
It is preferable to develop a relationship with an amateur film agency if you're not interested in doing your own filmmaking. As a freelancer, you can get into it by writing a script or by offering your services for free. I think you know enough about film-making or have any business experience. Don't go somewhere without a full-time or part-time job for 2 years before you find yourself a creative professional who lives or works nearby. You may join a facebook community by searching the internet or by searching the internet for the group's name on google. And if you don't know someone who works in your particular industry, the process of establishing a connection is half the battle.
And if you're ready to step up your game, then consider enrolling in a film school like Creative +. It is also possible to take a free online class at FullTimeFilm.com
My acquaintance went to one of the school of design and is now successful. It's definitely worth checking out.
