These intrinsic barriers are; pupil not having motivation, bad behavior in classes, crime outside of school, lack of confidence among learners, lack of motivation, punishment practices, and the way people stereotype schools. Intrinsic barriers make it very challenging for teachers because learners have a negative influence on learning and participation.
